After sending the CV I was invited to take a registered interview. A few days after, I received an e-mail from HR saying that they wanted to progress my application to the next stage and asked me to provide a document that I have created in relation to my previous job. I sent it and then I receive no reply for more than one month. After I wrote twice to ask for updates I finally receive an automated e-mail stating that I was not successful in the recorded interview phase, i.e. stating exactly the contrary of what HR wrote me more than one month before. From a company like Christie’s I would have expected a more professional and respectful way of dealing with candidates.
