I took an online interview through the Hire View application process, and they asked me 4 questions to assess my skills and to learn more about me. It lasted fifteen minutes and I had 30 seconds to prepare my answer for each three minutes question

Extremely drawn out process - approx 3 months total. Had to continuously follow up. Unlike other places they do not close applications so you could be 2 months into an interview process and a new person could apply and receive the role.
