Very informal 1 hour interview with two supervisors. Asked that I walk through my resume in telling them about myself. Discussed salary and benefits. Definitely were looking for a bilingual candidate. Interviewers were casual and friendly. Was not given indication at end of when a decision would be made. As I was not offered a position, not sure how long the entire process would have taken.

Initial communication is great. After the interview not so great. They don't get back to you and you're kind of wondering what is going in since they lead you to believe you got the job. Emailed for follow up and still no response. Haven't heard back from them since the interview a month ago. Interview went well. They pretty much go over your resume and you go more in depth of what you did.
