Initial interview was a group interview assessment where everyone takes a mathematical exam synchronously as HR is watching, usually involving probability and statistics mostly, and was quite advanced. Second round was with people from the desk.

Very disorganised:
1. interview rescheduled at the last minute.
2. Applied for trader but put me on a quant research interview.
3. Said beforehand that I could use any programming language but made me use Python in the interview.
