3 rounds. 1st is a phone interview with recruiter to go over basic finance knowledge, and information about the company that they provide to you prior. 2nd round was a 3 person panel, and was very difficult. In depth finance questions, along with 2 logic questions designed to see how you operate under pressure. Third round is with senior management.

You are in a dark room next to a dresser with 12 pairs of gloves in it. Half ar black, half are brown. How many gloves do you need to pull out to guarantee a matches pair?

1. With HR; Generic Questions about company, role of interest, and yourself.
2. With management; Questions about you; Teamwrok experiences; "describe amortization as if you were describing it to a 5 year old".
3. With heads of departments you will fall under. Mostly questions about you, however, make sure you can explain well what CWAN does and how using the available info you got.

There were several stages with a recruiter then with management, Looking for problem solving ability above all, Don't be discouraged if you do not have a finance background as that can be taught. Ask good questions
