Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clinton Health Access Initiative
Interview
I was interviewed by phone first after I had applied online, this lasted about 45 minutes. I received a call for a face to face interview after about a week, the panel consisted of 3 people and I was asked competence based questions this lasted about an hour, and the questions were very detailed and demanded a lot of detail in the answers. Two weeks after the interview I was called in to be interviewed by the Country Director this was short and informal.
Three hour assessment to test your skills (Excel, Powerpoint) with a case study from your program. Interview with Program manager and Country director on whether your skills are relevant and whether you're a good fit for the team, office, and culture of the organization at large.
