3-stage interview. The first part shows you what you'll do, which is talking to people and annoying them as much as possible to hit the 90-second threshold. Second, there are behavioral questions, and third, it involves the senior manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.
A not too formal, 30-minute Teams call; alternated between asking me questions about myself and how I fit into the role and the industry, and explaining the role to me.
