Interview
The interview started off with coding and technical questions over as written in resume and lasted for 5 mins after the IQ test conducted. The level of IQ test was moderate and needs a good amount of preperation to qualify given the competition in college. Then there was a hr round for 10 mins.

I apply through AMCAT. It takes around 3+ weeks after completing my first round ie. AMCAT online exam (it contains questions from spring, hibernate, struts, JSP/Servlet and two logical programs). I interviewed in Cognizant Kandanchavadi, chennai. I have been waiting from 10.00 AM, they have called me around 2.30 PM for the first round. very worst interview process I have ever attend. They have selected almost everyone comes for the interview. They said we will get the offer within two weeks. But still now didn't get any offer. When try to call the HR, they didn't responds to oure queries.

I had attended for a Java Developer role 3.5+ years of experience. The interview process is of three rounds. First round is full of technical asked some questions on spring, core java. Second round is about the projects we had worked (which kept in the resume). Final round is HR round
