I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Met hiring managers at a University career fair. One of them called me a few days later and asked if I wanted to go to an in-person interview at one of their office locations. Drove to the location about a week later and the interview was 40 minutes long and it went well. Was told I should contact my hiring manager to discuss next steps, so I reached out to him and he said he was working on getting me a second in-person interview. A week later I had not heard anything so I contacted him and he again said he was working on it. Never heard anything so did not contact again the company after that. Extremely unprofessional experience overall and would not recommend.

Question 1
What qualities make you a good candidate; tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you learned from it
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Question 1
Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day
Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
