The interview consists of a scenario based test where you need to execute them using testng and maven in eclipse using selenium. There is also a pen and paper test which consists of 15 questions mixed of java and selenium. The pen and paper test is practically useless. The scenario execution is what they look into. Interviewer came and asked just 2-3 basic questions and asked to leave. Not even reading the resume and simply conducting interviews. HR is very friendly though. My suggestion to you guys is stop wasting peoples time by conducting execution test and scenario based test which is very tedious and time consuming. A simple F2F interview would do.
