Applied online in the company's career website.
Got a call from the recruiter which included basic questions.
Got a call from the Hiring Manager which involved technical Q&A.
Few days later, got a call for a face to face interview at Winston Salem facility in North Carolina.
Face to face interview included one on one interview with Product Manager, Quality SME, VP of the site, Hiring Manager's team and later with the hiring manager himself. The process also included a Gemba walk.

The interview process was standard. Phone interview then on site interview with several people. Got a tour of the sote and ate lunch with the team. Recieved the offer within a week.

Interview
Experience questions and project orientated questions. How to deal with conflict and timelines. Examples of delivering projects and how it was achieved. What to do if you won’t meet a timeline. Presentation skills and how comfortable are you with presenting.
Waste of my time, they seemed unfriendly and disinterested and asked me the same questions a few times, they didn't seem prepared for the interview and it was remote so could not get any rapport going and they didn't try
