The Interview process at this company is much more of a personality gauge than anything else. Seems like they value people who will fit in more than people with tons of experience.
One phone call with hr, one online with hiring manager and one in person with an extremely fast response time in between rounds. Expect to hear back in a timely manner

Interview
The interview with Copper Hill was very casual and conducted at a local restaurant. Most of our time was just spent talking about Copper Hill and future plans for the company. I immediately knew during our conversation that Copper Hill would be a great place to work.
