Initial phone interview with HR recruiter, basic questions of why Cox, experience as supervisor. Was then sent a leadership online test which I passed. I had 2nd more detailed phone interview with HR Recruiter and was then sent in for onsite interview. I was not given many details prior as to what interview was to entail. I was surprised to walk into a a full panel interview with director,and 7 of her direct reports. Each person asked a different question which needed to be answered in STAR format, (which was another surprise). The director from the onset did not seem interested in me in that I felt rushed (didn't give me a chance to sit down, take off coat). Individual supervisors were professional in demeanor and seemed to actually listen. I had the impression I was just a filler interviewee with little chance of getting job.
