I applied online and was contacted within just a few days by someone from CozyKin to set up a call. It was very straightforward. The call itself was less a checklist of questions, and more a two way conversation that allowed me to talk about myself but also ask questions about the role. I came away with a more comprehensive understanding of the role and the company than if someone had reread me the "About" page or job description verbatim. I was notified soon thereafter that they were moving forward with other candidates, but the communication was candid and personal, which I appreciated. Compared to a form email, this was a welcome change and ended things on a positive note.
