Applied online and was hesitant due to very bad reviews. First interview was with recruiter. Second was with hiring manager. Seems that the role description changes rapidly. Never heard back from recruiter who seemed overwhelmed.

Question 1
What does a Producer do? What do you do, again? Can you manage creatives?
It takes about six rounds of interviews to get hired, and even then the hiring manager doesn’t remember your nationality. HR wanted me to have a seventh interview but then before the interview HR cancelled and sent me an offer instead. Then they ask for two references to be shared with them within a matter of days. And you only get two-three days to think about the offer. The philosophy they sell is attractive when you come from a toxic workplace, until you find out that it’s a charade. I regret accepting the offer and working for them.

Interview
First interview with HR /People manager went well. Very transparent about the process and length of time it would take since they were hiring “urgently”. I was moved along to the next round but it was cancelled as the interviewer fell ill. (Hey it happens) We rescheduled for a week later, 15mins before that interview they emailed to say they had other meetings happening later and requested to reschedule. (Yea not sure what they meant either, mind you there was a 12hr time difference) fast forward a few days to attempted #3 no email before so I’m thinking it’s going to happen this time and I wait and wait and they never join the call. I just ended up emailing HR withdrawing from the process as it seems they have very little respect for candidates time.
