Interview
The interview process was very in depth and detailed. There were multiple steps to the process, but overall was about 2 weeks. I really liked that I was able to ask a lot of questions and got to know multiple people in the company who I would be supporting. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, a HireVue questionnaire, a phone interview with my manager, and then had a final interview which consisted of a half hour with 3 Managers in the areas I could support and a panel interview (half hour) with the team. They made me feel very welcomed during my interview.

Questioned me on how I handle specific situations dealing around sourcing strategies, future growth, what type of positions I have sourced on in my previous role, what makes me the best candidate for this position, how I handle difficult situations etc. Overall, very informative, very easy going, great questions.
