It was normal , ask about your goals and why you would be a good fit here. Also they asked about past experience in the fitness & health field.they also asked about my personality.
Have some good questions ready. They also have multiple stages and individual as well as as group interviews. Just be ready to sell yourself as it is very much a sales oriented job.
Easy to the point but wanted sales features added in. I did not move forward after they asked questions because of this. Overall easy process and generally friendly. Interview was with two people including manager

In-person, quick, not formal. Got a call then came in to interview. They opened a new location and were looking to fill spots. Best time to interview because they hire anyone.
