I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cubic³ (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It was a straightforward interview. It was mostly question-and-answer based, with some open-ended questions as well. It went well, and I was told that my profile was the kind of profile they were looking for. But after that, there was no response at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cubic³ (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was so slow and lacked proper communication.
Initially, it started in 1st week of November 2025 with a screening call with basic questions and after constantly following up with them, the second round of interview was scheduled in 2nd week of December, which was interesting and felt amazing. The whole process was so draining as they wouldn't communicate with the next steps until you be behind them looking for updates. Finally, I got the third round in 2nd week of January and after that, there was no communication and again I followed up with them so much that they responded with a rejection and successfully wasted 3 months of my time!
Apparently, they wanted C# over Python experience.
If you're not sure about the hiring why drag the process for 3 months ?
Very disappointing to say the least.
