I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Curriculum Associates in Oct 2021
Interview
My first interview was with a hiring manager. She provided great of information about the company and the position. She took time to ask me about my background and career goals, and actually suggested a couple of positions that might be a good fit for me. The next day I received an email requesting that I prepare a presentation, and deliver a sample facilitation. I confirmed the presentation and was sent a google calendar invite. When the time came for me to present, no one from Curriculum Associates logged-in to the interview. I send two follow-up emails to the recruiter during the scheduled meeting and a third a few days later. Considering that I spent 2 hours researching and creating my sample professional development, I find this extremely disappointing. The Zoom invite I received contained my phone number, yet no one reached out. Like most companies, my only point on contact is a recruiter, so I have no way of reaching out to the team members conducting the interview. The company receives glowing reviews about company culture and work-life balance. But it would seem they have some hiring processes that still need to be worked out.
