I received the manager's email from a colleague who had worked there a previous season, Nick was quick to reply and set up an interview. Interview was 45 minute chat at a cafe after meeting at the bike shop. Nick provided heaps of information about the job and the company, and what summer operations are like. He explained the benefits of the role and expectations of employees. It was a great informative but informal interview. Asked a few questions about me and my experience.
