Smooth and straight forward , there were 4 interviews with HR , EAs and Boss. Interviewer seems nice and maintains eye contact all the time. Firm handshake. It takes about 30 minutes.

Hiring Manager was the one who interviewed to assess if you were suitable for job scope, team dynamics etc. Very candid interview and chat with the hiring manager and the offer from HR came in within the week

1. Personality & IQ test Easy. Anyone with a brain can get through 2. HackerEarth coding test A mix of MCQ and coding problems. There are no invigilation or anti-cheating measures though so everyone just googled and got full marks. 3. TechTrek hackathon Groups are randomly allocated. Every group basically needs to create a replica of DBS ibanking site (login, record transactions, etc.)
- During the hackathon you will be encouraged to approach any staff to "find out more" and "ask questions" about the role but in reality it is a behavioural interview in disguise. If you do not go for this you probably won't get through.

Easier to get interview if you know people who can refer you in, direct hire from Business Manager (Team Lead). Passed the BM, then onward to Cluster head. Then HR a passing process.

Comprehensive, difficult but reasonable questions. Very professional HR team. At least 2 rounds of interviews first with the team manager, then with HR and probably another senior management team. Overall it is a good experience to take home regardless whether you are successful or not
