DCCD Engineering Structural Engineer interview questions

One phone interview with the HR, one virtual interview with a panel of engineers and a project manager. The HR also asked me to submit an essay immediately after the interview. Mostly questions about me and academic background. Casual interview. One of the interviewers was trying to get too much details though. They seemed to have good reactions with my answer but unfortunately I was not accepted.
