Interviewed in January. Process was nice and smooth. Had a recruiter reach out to me to apply, completed application then joined her on a call the next day. She gave a lot of information and asked questions about resume and former experience as well as availability. They take calls everyday of the year here so they wanted to make sure on my schedule needs, he went over dress code and taking resume with me. I met with the hiring manager who was very laid back. He asked me several scenarios, customer asked to cancel etc. I went through with him and he had objections, The environment was hopping! Everyone seemed upbeat and fun. They called me the next day and then I did a background check and started this week. Training has been fun and informative so far, 4 more weeks of training to go.
