Very Slow process of interview. First they give assignment to check your eligibility but after submitting they will not check any assignment. They will call for interview for face to face round but they will ask your for portfolio and also they will ask for assignment which you already shared with them. After sharing resume with consultancy and HR they will not ready it. They will read your resume first time in front of you.

Will ask you some silly questions like have you worked on web graphics or what is the difference between web graphics and print ?

Interview
Quick hiring process. I appreciated that my now direct manager took time to meet with me for coffee to feel out if I would be a good fit based on personality, even before I did formal interviews.
The salary negotiation process was disappointing. The recruiter asked me what I was currently making and I stupidly answered honestly. When I countered with a higher salary based on research I had done, he told me that 'Glassdoor estimates are usually wrong' and made no effort to meet me. I started at about what I made at my last job. Do yourself a favor and just lie about your current salary.
