They take contact with you to fix an appointment. After the appointment they say that they would have a small talk internally and will let you know. The decision is taken very fast and you will have an answer the nect day.

Online 30 minutes interview with 2 managers and 1 senior employee. They will let you introduce yourself and ask about the position. Then they gonna see your reaction and answer.
