For the first round, I have interviewed with two investment professionals. The meeting went very well and both of the colleagues were welcoming and accommodating. During the case studies, they helped me tackle the problems and I got the sense that they were not just judging your theoretical knowledge, but mostly your approach to the problems. Later I have been invited to the second round, however the communication with HR department was a hassle. It takes around 1 week to hear back and after 2 weeks of correspondence, they canceled the interview 1 day before meeting. They let me know the position was filled in the meantime.
