You first get sent an email for a virtual interview. However, the email does not provide links for you to connect into the conversation. After emailing regarding the issue you do get a response but not after a full twenty-four hours. The interview itself has the CEO, Dai Baker, rambling on and awkward pauses like the whole thing was just winging it.
