I had a screening interview for the Junior Product Manager role at Daily Kos. They asked resume-based questions, about my background, why I chose the company, and why I was a fit. After saying they'd follow up, I was ghosted despite following up myself, only to eventually be rejected.

1. Phone screen with hiring manager 2. Technical assessment that focused on test plans, writing bugs, and SQL. 3. 2 1/2 hour omnibus interview with hiring manager, one of the QA, and then some of the devs. While they claimed to be wanting an automation engineer everything felt like it was geared to find a manual tester instead.
