Initial interview via Skype with Head of recruitment. Interview was competency based and had a lot of focus on leadership. Interview was very positive and there was a mutual spark of interest. The feedback from the interview was positive via the recruiter, but frankly, I found the organisation to be totally lacking in terms of adequate and timely follow up. Almost 1 month has passed and no next steps have been communicated so I have removed my application. Very unusual experience! Furthermore, there was a requirement for a maths and English test for a 'Head of' position which I felt was slightly strange.
