First interview is with your direct supervisor. Talked about work history and work experience. Presented past work and discuss past experiences on and off the job site . It's based on personal subjects such as extracurricular activities. Time to try and get to know who you are as a person outside of work . Second interview with the owner of the company. Did a quick run-through and review of the initial interview. Trying to find out a little about you. Discussed salary options. This type of work present and future work.
