Very lengthy interview process. Although it was all promising to begin with, it turned out to be a disappointing work experience. There were three different interview rounds - one over a video call followed by a physical meetup and company visit , an interview with a country level head and a final discussion.

The interview is very organized and informative. I didn't only get the chance to meet the line manager but also the teammates which enabled me to figure out the culture of the company and get more information about the role.
