Quick and professional. I went in and was asked about 15 questions. The questions weren't very difficult, and displayed my personality. They did a good job at making me feel comfortable

Submitted an application online. Met with the department head and sat down for a 45 minute interview. It was more so a casual conversation versus your typical interview questions. Was offered the position shortly afterwards.
