The took quite a bit of time to get to know me. Showed us around the shop. Introduced us to potential supervisors. Then sat down to ask us for more information.

Interview
Relatively easy. Had us come in for brief 1 to 1 interview wherein they described the job in detail and asked us to reference our past experience and how it was applicable. Following the interview and there was a lengthy test that checked for mechanical aptitude. Was fairly straight forward. Upon passing the test I was offered a position.
