I had three rounds in total. First a 30-minute call with HR about my background, motivation for the role and salary expectations. Then a video interview with the hiring manager focused on customer-facing project experience, stakeholder management and how I structure projects. The last step was a VP call where I had to explain further my system implementation projects. Overall the process was clear and professional, although feedback after the final round took a bit longer than expected and the reason I was given was that the other candidate they had in mind had more experience using their system. However, I cannot have experience using their system if I never worked for Deliverect.

They asked me to describe a specific project where I had to balance a demanding customer, internal constraints and a tight deadline, and explain step by step how I managed expectations and kept the project on track.
