One video recorded interview followed by an in person screening and a mock sales call where you must communicate the value of the company’s products. The rest is standard personality/ behavior questions.

One interviewer with a manager followed by another 3.5 hour interview split into 3 different interview sessions. During this, there was a 45 min Q&A panel with current associates and then I spoke with 3 managers. They asked questions about times from work experiences or school that I had to deal with. Then the last one had a role play that included referenced one of their services.

Very straight forward. The interview was conducted via their hiring portal. You had to record your answers via video portal before submitting them. Be sure to have a working laptop and dress professionally even though it's virtual. Do your research before the interview.
