Interview
two interviews, one with the manager and the other with the partner. the questions were bout background and personal interest in the position, motivation, and why this position in particular, and future expectations.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds including case study., previous work experience and technology architecture. We later discussed salary range and perks and the type of projects I will be asked to lead.
Basic fit questions with several questions on the resume deals. The questions were clear and wasn't twisted, just trying to understand the candidates and no technicals or difficult questions that require hard logical thinking.
3 Interview rounds with a case but it was not too complex compared to MBB cases. These rounds also include a more informal coffee chat with a consultant or analyst. It is more to get to know you. Other rounds are with more senior leadership and will have more targeted questions
