The hour went pretty quickly. Have to respond in the "STAR" interview answer technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result). A good amount of research regarding the role is needed as well as a good understanding of the job spec.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
