Written test, group interview and partner interview. Written test and group interview arranged one and after on the same day. Written test was about email writing, pretty factual. Group interview with a group of around 6 people. Questions were not difficult and focus on bring up discussion among the group instead of showing off presentation skill.

Why you choose Deloitte other than other Big4 firms.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
