Online test, numerical test, video interview, assessment centre. AC had 1 hour interview on motivation and case, group task, then consulting case. As it was an apprenticeship, not much was expected of you technically other than the fulfilment of their competencies

For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
