So I applied online, wasn’t expecting much honestly, but about a week later I got an email from a recruiter. She set up a quick 20-minute phone screen—super casual. She asked about my background, why I applied, and just made sure I wasn’t completely bluffing my resume. She also asked about salary expectations, which always feels awkward, but I gave a range and we moved on.
Very professional procedure and friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. I was informed thoroughly about the next steps and expectations which made the exerience clear, organized and positive

Interview
1° interview on Teams on Friday, and it went well, got an appointment for a second interview on Monday. The Interview as in Italian and then the recruiters asked me to speak in English to test my language skills. Right now I cannot say if I will get any offer, but I hope for it!
I submitted my Cv in the platform. The HR department communicated to arrange an interview at a predefined time through Internet. After the interview they updated me after approximately three months regarding the results.
