Laid back. The guy that interviewed me was super cool and friendly. We were both Navy guys so we bonded over that. Still waiting to hear back. Pretty confident that ill get the job though.

Interview
The interview process will definitely paint the picture as though you are in the right place. Mainly questions about your experience and why they should hire you. They tell you about the operation and give you a tour.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Material Services (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was really professional but also very comfortable; something new to me as I've worked with government contractors for so long in my career. The interview process was less formal and I was given open and honest answers as to what the company was succeeding at and how they were working to help move the company forward even while experiencing growing pains. I really enjoyed the direct assessment of what was expected of me both professionally and personally. I got to see the 'real' work environment would be like based upon personalities, not a written list of formal questions. And lets face it, work is your 2nd home and you need to really like the people in your 'house'.
