There were two interviews scheduled. There were a lot of questions asked about previous experience, knowledge, and motivation. The second section was one day trial section, there you can get to know the tasks you have to be engaged in future and get to know employees

Interview
Es brauch keiner Angst zu haben. Es läuft sehr fair ab, es gibt keine Fangfragen oder Fragen die zu privat sind, um sie mit Fremden Menschen zu besprechen. Es kann passieren, dass der Chef zu spät kommt oder aus Zeitmangel schon mal so ein Vorstellungsgespräch auf einer Baustelle abläuft.
