I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Development Dimensions International (Bridgeville, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
This may have changed but you will go through at least two online assessments, then a phone screen, and then a Targeted Selection panel interview.
One assessment will be something generic like a Customer Service Career Battery and the other will most likely be a mild IQ test (although they will call it something else). At one time it was the Raven's Matrices but I know later this was phased out and they were using the ART (Adaptive Reasoning Test) which is an adaptive test which featured shapes for pattern matching they originally invented for a client. Not sure what they use now and they may have changed the order in assessments and phone screens.
You will then encounter the typical phone screen and if selected will proceed to a Targeted Selection panel interview. They got back to me rather quickly after the panel interview with an offer which I accepted.
Ignore the 2015 for when it took place, this actually took place in 2011.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You will go through a Targeted Selection panel interview, which is a product DDI invented in the 70s. You are told to prepare STARs and are asked behavioral interview questions which you must answer in the STAR format to at least three different interviewers. They then mark your answers and discuss their opinions after you leave. I can't recall any of the specific questions but search on behavioral interview questions and practice them.

Interview
The entire interview took about 8 hours. 3 interviews with individuals then 2 written exams, followed by a four hour in basket simulation that included interaction with assessors and monitoring.
