Development Dimensions International Project Manager interview questions

This process was the longest and time consuming interview process I’ve ever had. I went through 4 rounds of hour long phone interviews and multiple rounds of testing and assessments. After all I was not invited for an in person interview. I wish that they had been more direct and let me know earlier on if they were not interested. It was a lot of time wasted. All questions are situational and they want specific examples. Not hard just lengthy.
