As much as we appreciate both positive and negative feedback, we do need to clear up a few things
1. As we informed you over the phone and over email, we received your application strictly from Indeed. We don't use databases or anything like that. All applicants, including yourself, specifically applied to one of our 2 ads on Indeed.
2. Every call is recorded for quality assurance. We went through all of the calls and heard nothing close to be rude by any of our HR people.
3. We do ask the basic questions in the beginning to make sure we don't waste your time or ours.
Questions like:
Full time or part time? Availability?
Where we are located-- is that convenient for you?
What type of work are you looking for?
Simple questions like these among others are discussed on the phone as well as exactly what we do. We never want to be that company that leads people on. Everyone's time is valuable so we don't waste any time.
