The hiring process was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. I cleared the first round, but the second round was pointlessly rescheduled 3–4 times due to the panel’s unavailability. When it finally happened, I had been assured it would focus on the role since I’m a fresher, and I prepared as instructed. Instead, the interview was dragged into irrelevant, off-role questions that had nothing to do with the position. I handled the actual role-based questions well but was still rejected. This entire experience not only wasted the candidate’s time and effort but also gave the clear impression of a fake hiring process.

My experience with Digio's interview process was highly disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the company. I went through three extensive rounds of interviews, each lasting about 1.5 hours, only to be completely ghosted afterward. There was no feedback, no closure, and not even a formal rejection—just silence.
Investing so much time and effort into the process, only to be treated with such disregard, felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It reflects poorly on the company's values and its approach toward candidates. Basic courtesy, like providing feedback or at least confirming a decision, should be a standard practice, especially after such a rigorous process.
I hope Digio takes this as a wake-up call to improve their recruitment process, as this behavior not only wastes candidates' time but also tarnishes their reputation in the job market.

| VERY BAD INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE | Interview process was all good, I was asked a leetcode easy and a hard problem in first round, a system design problem in 2nd round and behavioral questions in 3rd round. Interviewers were happy in all the rounds of interview. But after the last round was over, its been one month I did not receive any call from HR neither they are responding to my call and messages.
