The recruiter did not respond in a timely manner. Phone screen was simple. Next was the interview with the hiring manager, which was great. She was kind, professional and personable.

I spent what it seemed like forever on the phone with an internal recruiter who grilled me with questions. Then an in person interview was scheduled in a labyrinth like gated property. Once I found the main building I waited 45 minutes to be interviewed. I believe my interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. I figured I would leave a strong impression if I waited to be interviewed instead of walking out of there angry. I was surprisingly interviewed by a respectful individual who may or may not have had a lot on his plate that day. He seemed to have couple candidates that he was interviewing that day. It has been two weeks and I have not heard a peep from Digital Realty. I will keep crossing my fingers.
