Virtually no spoken interview, just straight into the warehouse sanding down their vases. I was paid for my time, and it was good to trial the work before I was able to make my decision.

phone interview lasted up to 5 to 10 minutes, followed by an offer of a trial shift. have to be avaialble for 6 hours for the trial shift in the following days
