I applied using their only application process, via email, four separate times over the course of a year I sent follow-up emails and tried to reach out to four different members of the team and recruiters for Dire Wolf Digital via LinkedIn. No responses or communication whatsoever. With the privilege of living an hour and a half away, I drove to their Denver office location, paid for parking, made my way to their locked office on the 14th floor of a building downtown, and rang their doorbell. Someone came outside, I explained I had applied and wanted to introduce myself. He told me to email instead and someone would get back to me, and then he sent me away. I emailed the same email I had used for the fifth time, and two days later received an offer for an interview over Zoom. The one interviewer commented it was the end of their day and this interview would send them home (they were working from home), and then read from a list of questions. I never heard back again. Impersonal, unprofessional, dehumanizing, and demoralizing.
