Phone interview, star method questions with recruiter than I had a 2nd interview with hiring manager. It was suppose to be on video but it wasn't working so we did it over the phone instead.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
